Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of our property portfolio. This role requires a proactive approach to property maintenance, effective coordination of services, and excellent client liaison to maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of property maintenance and operations for residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate and manage the provision of EPCs, floorplans, surveys, and inspections, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and clients, ensuring all communications and interactions are handled professionally.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure all maintenance issues are resolved promptly and cost-effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions, tenant details, maintenance schedules, inspection logs, and financials.
• Enforce lease agreements and manage rental processes, including tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and evictions as necessary.
• Ensure all properties comply with the UK’s property laws and regulations.
• Report regularly to senior management on property status, tenant relations, budgeting, and other operational issues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property management law, financial principles relevant to property management, and residential and commercial property operations.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
